By using a pipe diameter of 125A for alternate transportation, a transport capacity of 30 tons per hour is possible!

This is a "high-density air transport system" for a cement mixture (90% cement and 10% additive). In the existing low-density air transport system, a maximum of 20 tons per hour could be transported with a pipe diameter of 150A. However, by installing two powder pumps and using a pipe diameter of 125A for alternate transport, it became possible to transport 30 tons per hour. Raw materials with poor flow tend to stagnate, affecting productivity, compromising product quality, and potentially causing contamination from different batches of raw materials. Companies that manufacture baked goods such as gluten-free muffins and brownies were also troubled by such issues. **Problem:** Waste of time, labor, and materials due to sticking This company used a suction transport system with a processing capacity of 2,700 kg/h to distribute raw materials to two receivers. The combination of oil content in flax and the oil and fat content in cocoa resulted in poor flowability of both materials, causing the raw materials to not only bridge at the outlet but also adhere to the inner walls of the receiver, blocking the interior until reaching the filter bag.
